Combined structure
Working principle of Kleanland air to air heat exchanger
Stainless steel heat exchange plates are used to form two unconnected channels. High-temperature exhaust gas and cold air flow in the two channels in a positive cross flow, and the heat exchange process is completed through the heat exchange plates in the middle of the two channels.


Structural Combination
The stainless steel plates are formed through pressing, offering resistance to high temperatures and pressure. They feature advantages such as oil resistance and corrosion protection. With laser welding technology, the process ensures high precision and strong sealing performance.

The heat exchanger operates using 0.5mm ultra-thin, smooth stainless steel plates, offering rapid heat conduction and resistance to clogging. Small units are modularly assembled into larger units, customizable to meet various size requirements. Each unit weighs approximately 100kg and is designed for easy cleaning and maintenance.
