Electrostatic Smoke Filtration, no Periodical Disposals
Kleanland commercial electrostatic precipitators are ideal in the collection of wet and dry particulates like dust, smoke, oil mist, cooking fumes and various contaminated particulates (PM 10~PM 0.5). Impurified air is drawn by the motor/blower, and passes through a washable mesh prefilter which traps large crumbs such as hairs, paper strips, etc. The remaining dust, some as small as 0.01 microns, pass into a intense electrified field (ionizing section) where the particulates receive an electrical charge. The charged particles then pass in-between collector plates or tubes which are oppositely charged. So, basing on the opposite charges attract each other. The particles would attract to the collection plates or collection tubes. Contaminants such as dust, smoke, oil mist are held in these plates until they are washed away. Kleanland initially launched steam auto wash for ESP range hood and in-duct ESP device. Simply by pressing wash button, ESP filtration cells get washed in minutes, and the ESP equipment can withstand normal function for all year long, in average working condition.
Prolonged Wash Cycle and Operation Life
Wider 25mm electrode spacing and SUS304 composition enable the tubular filter cell to endure higher voltage, heavier pollutant accumulation and more rigorous cleaning for a longer operation time.
Higher Mechanical Strength and Collection Efficiency
Being ionized, the tubular hive structure where electrode spacing is uniform, promises higher electric filed intensity and higher collection efficiency besides its mechanical durability.
Phase 1 filtration – Tubular ESP
Energized by a higher high- voltage, KLEAN tubular ESP filter delivers highly-efficient removal of oil, grease and smoke particles.
Phase 2 Filtration – Plate ESP
KLEAN plate filter offers extra collection area and narrower airflow passage between the ionized plates, which secures the seizure of cooking fume from escaping.
