    The system leverages condensation and advanced electrostatic pretreatment technologies to efficiently remove high-boiling-point components and particulates from exhaust gases. Modified activated carbon is employed for deep adsorption and recovery of low-boiling-point volatile organic compounds, reducing energy consumption and extending carbon lifespan. Benefiting from the upstream condensation and electrostatic pretreatment, the desorption temperature of the activated carbon is lower, desorption time is shorter, and energy consumption is minimized.

    The Working Principle of Heat Recycling of Stenter Machine

    Ambient air enters the heat recovery unit, gets heated up by energy potentials of the hot exhaust air emitted from the heat-setting/drying ovens, and gets transported back to the ovens and acts as pre-heated process air so as to reduce the fuel consumption.
