The Working Principle of Heat Recycling of Stenter Machine
Ambient air enters the heat recovery unit, gets heated up by energy potentials of the hot exhaust air emitted from the heat-setting/drying ovens, and gets transported back to the ovens and acts as pre-heated process air so as to reduce the fuel consumption. Exhaust air gets cooled down initially through the heat transfer, saving capital cost on subsequent air pollution systems.
